It's already been about two months since we launched our new website. Time sure flies! 

We are continuously working to improve features and create a better UI. 

Here are a few announcements for you:

1. Email Channel Now Open

   - Address : help@testerkorea.com

   - We have resolved the issues with this account, and emails are now functioning properly. This account will primarily be used by TesterKorea for outbound communications.

   - For the fastest response to inquiries related to orders and products, we recommend using our forum at 

     https://testerkorea.com/Board/list/board_name/consult

2. Utilizing Order Message

   - Please use the [Order Message] section during the address input stage for comments related to your order. 

     Anything related to the value of the parcel, special requests, etc., is welcome. 

     We check this twice, once when confirming the order and again when dispatching the product.

3. Weekly / Monthly Events

   - Along with monthly event products that update every month, we will now also update weekly event products. 

     Updates occur every Monday morning Korean time, with purchases available until Friday noon.
